Delicious slithery anchovies and poached eggs! I think the nicest thing about poaching eggs the proper way is the opalescent eggy water that’s left at the end – who needs fancy egg holders and poaching pans?
Shakeaway has opened in Windsor -before now the nearest one was in Reading. I’ve always thought that Windsor was crying out for a shop like this; their strange, nostalgic and quirky flavours will be a surefire hit with tourists and schoolkids alike.
